On-line Members at St. Mary's Navan Credit Union

Who can avail of on-line membership?

Any member of St. Mary's Navan Credit Union can now register to become an on-line member.

What information can I access?

This service allows members to view their account on-line, at any time from the comfort of your own computer. You can view your account balances, view your statement of transactions, print a statement and apply for a loan! * You can also communicate with staff using the messaging service. How do I become an on-line member?

You will need to register as an on-line member to gain access to your account. Click on the on-line members area to register. You will be asked to key in the following information on your application:

• Create a username (numbers or combination of numbers and letters)
• Enter your Credit Union account number
• Enter your name as it appears on your account
• Enter your date of birth
• Enter your contact telephone number
• Enter your Email address
• Create your own pass phrase (8-20 characters), and repeat. Press confirm.

Your application is then sent for processing. You will be issued with a pin which may take 3-4 days, this will be posted out to your current address. Once you receive your pin, you will be able to login.

*If you hold a joint account and wish to become an on-line member you will need to enter the relevant details in relation to the first named person on that account.

I'm registered, how do I log in?

Logging in is easy, all you need is your username, pass phrase and pin. Remember they are case sensitive, so be sure you key the information in correctly!
